Experienced managers to add strength to your capability

Who we are

Steve Tringham – managing consultant is an experienced IT manager and an executive coach having trained with Sir John Whitmore’s Performance Consultants International.

“My IT and management career spans over 30 years in a wide variety of diverse sectors: Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Trading Systems, Lending), Software  Houses and IT Services, Biotechnology and Pharma, Public Sector (Central and Local Government and education), Manufacturing and Distribution. Roles have included front line sales and business management as well as senior management positions in many of the key IT disciplines including IT Director, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Programme Management and Software development.

Over the last few years I have specialised in coaching and interim management roles including spells at AIG, Land Securities and Lloyds TSB. I have operated at COO level for a sub-prime banking start up organisation with specific responsibility for putting the IT team and infrastructure in place. In the last three years I have been working with distribution and manufacturing organisations undertaking IT reviews including organisational structure, service delivery and best practice.

I’m an advocate of real “best sourcing” – which includes in-house, local partnering programmes and near shore sourcing and using mixed bespoke and package solutions to drive value and speed of delivery.

Throughout my career I have a record of transforming and developing IT teams and organisations.”
