CIO Services

We can provide some or all of the CIO function – for example during mergers or acquisitions or to support a wider business change – e.g. outsourcing.

You may have a great CIO, but at times of peak demand or during significant change the level of IT Management you need may change temporarily or you may just need more CIO Resource. Maybe you want to second them to an organisation or division you are acquiring. Or to put them in charge of a major programme and need someone to backfill.

We can work with and for you to make this kind of change feasible. Whether you want the status quo maintained or to take the opportunity to implement some other changes, we can help.
