Advisory IT Management

You may be looking for someone to act as a mentor or advisor to new or established members of the IT management team. We can bring specific experience to the table  – of particular technologies, business events (mergers or break-ups) or level of complexity that may be new to you team. Or provide more general experience on a part time basis.We can use a variety of techniques to quickly bring things on including coaching, mentoring and recommending or developing a training and development programme.

Perhaps you are (or manage) a non-IT specialist overseeing the IT function – e.g. COO, CFO, Operations directors etc. As well as a day job you now have the challenge of dealing with specialists who may be more comfortable in their technical setting. We can help with the transition and provide a temporary bridge between IT and general management whilst you get to grips with the specifics of the information technology of your business or the general complexity of IT in 21st century.
