Creating a place where people want to work, where they are challenged and contribute is the way to keep great staff. That has to include opportunity for development and growth, when one or two all round stars dominate, that opportunity may be stifled. It&#039;s interesting to see how well Liverpool are now doing after their star play Torres moved on to Chelsea. I believe the same things applies elsewhere. if you look back in your career, I&#039;d wager that you can think of a situation where management pandered to one or two people giving them too much influence and control leading to frustration for other able people lower down the pecking order.</description>
